Hempseed Oil

Most hempseed oils aren't recommended for high-heat cooking. However, we had our oil independently tested at Melbourne University specifically for oven use. The results confirmed it remains stable and safe for cooking at temperatures up to 190°C for 1 hour. This makes our hempseed oil uniquely versatile - perfect for roasting vegetables, baking, and general oven cooking, as well as cold applications like drizzling and dressings.

For optimal freshness and stability, store your hempseed oil in the fridge after opening. It will stay liquid even when refrigerated, making it easy to use straight from the fridge. You can also store it in the freezer where it will remain liquid - perfect for long-term storage. Keep the bottle tightly sealed and away from direct light to preserve the delicate omega fatty acids.

Bonus tip: Unopened: 12 months in pantry. Opened: 3-6 months in fridge.
