Toasted Muesli with a Twist

Delicious & crunchy toasted muesli recipe with a unique twist of hemp seed oil, perfect for a wholesome breakfast or snack. Easy to make & packed with flavour!

 Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Hemp & Co Original hempseed oil
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 4 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup coconut
  
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup Hemp & Co hemp seeds
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 to 1 cup raisins or sultanas or other dried fruit

 Method

1. Preheat oven to 150ºC.
2. Put sugar and honey into a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar and honey form a treacle consistency. Pour in hemp seed oil, stir. 
3. In a bowl combine rolled oats, coconut, hemp and sunflower seeds and nuts. Pour oil mixture over and mix thoroughly. Turn into a large roasting pan.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir occasionally.
5. Leave to cool then add dried fruit.
6. Store in an airtight container.
