You don’t need to soak, boil, drain, or sieve your hemp hearts.
Your hemp seed milk starter kit contains
- 1x 180g pouch of hemp hearts
- 1x 250ml hemp milk bottle
- 1x pottle containing 5x servings of mixed date paste, vanilla essence & salt
- 1x fridge magnet recipe
- Instructions on how to make our creamy hemp milk
Makes 1.25L creamy vanilla hemp milk.
Once made, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Packed full of nutrition it contains 20 amino acids plus all 9 essential amino acids and the two essential fatty acids omega 6 and omega 3. Plus 10 minerals including Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus and 8 vitamins including Vit C, Thiamin, Niacin and Riboflavin.
Hemp proteins contain a high amount of arginine (94-128mg/g protein) relative to other food proteins including whole wheat (48mg/g protein).
