Toasted Muesli

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Hemp & Co Original hempseed oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup wheat bran flakes
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 to 1 cup raisins or sultanas or other dried fruit
Method
- Preheat oven to 150ºC.
- Put oil, sugar and honey into a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
- In a bowl combine rolled oats, coconut, wheat germ, bran flakes, hemp and sunflower seeds and nuts. Pour oil mixture over and mix thoroughly. Turn into a large roasting pan.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir occasionally.
- Leave to cool then add dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container.
